The chemicals present in the product (shampoo, gel, conditioner, oil etc) may not suit your scalp skin and that causes hair fall. The solution is to check other hair care products that do not have heavy chemicals like herbal hair products. Most of the herbal products tend to suit one’s hair.
Diet is also a major cause of hair damage. If your diet does not have enough nutrition value it can cause severe hair fall. In order to have strong and healthy hair, you must take proper diet full of vitamins, calcium and protein.
You are bound to face hair loss if you do not believe in taking proper care of your hair. Hair care includes, oiling your hair on a regular basis, and usage of shampoo and conditioner. Don’t apply comb on wet hair. Some of the other reasons for hair loss include pollution, stress, lifestyle related problems, ageing process, hormonal imbalance, beauty treatment, medication and drugs and diseases etc.
