Introducing Hair Transplant

Many people are suffering from hair loss and in extreme cases, baldness. Blame it on poor lifestyle habits, lack of time and care, inadequate eating habits or plain hair structure, there are several reasons behind hair loss. The worst affected lots are youths many of whom have started experiencing hair loss. It’s never a good feeling to appear bald. Hair loss takes places in different stages. Initially it starts with the sides and then the middle part. The best way to prevent hair loss is definitely good care and proper eating habits. Apart from that one should also got for physical activities and massaging.

The last resort is hair transplantation. Now a days many people prefer to go for this method in order to feel good again. Technically speaking, in transplant process hair follicles from the side and back are relocated. These follicles are bald resistant. Transplantation involves relocating them to the bald or thinning area of the scalp. Hair follicles belonging to the donor areas are genetically bald resistant, hence they grow whole life. The transplantation techniques have vastly changed in recent years. It was not a very common or popular choice in old days but advent of new technology has made this process quite friendly and affordable. In earlier days, the basic techniques used were mini grafts and large plugs. But these days’ mostly large numbers of small grafts that contain 1 to 4 hairs are used.
